These Terms apply to your use of the Gulfregency website and any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This site and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you warrant that this applies to you. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full settlement is due on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on the property is governed by International law and offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged with our gaming host at any time.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Gulfregency or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
